I work for Mr. Hendricks of Discovery channel at his Gateway Canyons resort.  A new building called the Palisade Event Center employs a number of eligant materials.  The ball room which is approximately 25 feet tall in the inside uses above the bottom 4 feet an unusual covering.  The wall material above the 4 feet at the bottoms of the walls is silk cloth, with the backing of loose fiber fill.

I would like to write a SOP for the maintenance of this material.  can anyone suggest a internet or other location that I can get enough information fo write the SOP for the care of this material in the Ball Room?  I want to be prepared for when the inevitable customer or other individual spills coffee, pop, food, greasy or otherwise dirty hands etc.  Additionally I want to be prepared to provide routine maintenance to this silk cloth, backed by fiberfill wall treatment.
