Hi! I've been in the cleaning business since my college days. I would be the only one in my dorm who would to respond to the bulletin board's posts for help near the River Forest area outside of Chicago, Il. We've maintained our current, single-family owned business for over 30 years-my mom started out when she was 50 years old. On business size, we've serviced everything from large (schools, multi-bank locations) to residential and finally, small business offices, the latter is our preference. Through up and down times, we've stayed the course. It's really worth it. I am one who CANNOT sit for long periods of time behind a desk; I'd rather be cleaning them! One article back a few years ago headlined "Grow of Die". Sometimes, the wrong "growth" can kill you if the profit isn't there. I have found that small business owners, with office square footage of under 5000 SQ>FT canoffer the greatest profit, with the least headaches. I would tell anyone who wants the freedom to work for themselves to check this business out; there might be a lot of competion, but you'll always find a niche to work within.

I have been in this Busness for 31/2 years. Started with 2 Commercal accounts and 1 Property mang. now have over 50 active accounts. We do alot of rentals,resedentals and some commercal. I statred with me as the sole employee now I have 9 Employees. I ahve found that taking one step at a time is the best for me. Great costumer service is a must. We have a 100% no questions ask grarantee, also I empower my emploees by haveing them be responable for there accounts. We do a deep clean on all commercal accounts at the start and once a year after that,nocost. My emploees have a say on most decisions in the co. I treat the employees as I want to be treated. I am haveing the most fun working than I ever have in my life.
