count each pane of glass no matter what size. A small glass takes the same amount of time some larger glasses take. Any where from 50 cents a pain to a dollar if its less than 12 feet high and cleaning both sides. (in/out)I don't think its worth it if you're not clearing $50 an hour average. That's your call.

Be sure to discuss with them whether or not they need hard water stain removal. Some times that's what they're seeing and expect it done, which takes a lot more work.

I've heard the Workers Comp insurance is much more expensive for high rise window cleaning with lifts or scaffolds. Like 70 cents on the dollar instead of 5 to 10 cents for for work on the ground. Do you have employees? Does your contacts require Workers Comp?

Don't try to do all the windows in Florida. Start with one or two accounts.  :)

There are a number of videos on YouTube that show how to clean windows. Start there and get a professional squeegee and strip washer.

The fastest way to wash a window is using the super swirl method. This method the squeegee never leaves the glass until you are done. To remove hard water there are many methods bepending on the build up on the window. With mild hard water spots use a mild acidic solution (soft scrub) and #0000 steel wool, rinse and then wash the window.

In relation to how to clean windows correctly and fast.  My suggestion is to have a look at Sorbo branded products. Yes they cost a bit more but they are the best windows cleaning tools out there.  Also if you ever have a chance to meet Mr Sorbo,  he has some great pointers.
