Other than the obvious cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies, what are in-house managers responsible for purchasing? For example, I have heard from an increasing amount of readers that cafeteria, lobby and meeting room chairs fall within their budgets. How common is this and what other non-custodial items are your responsibility?
Some readers have commented that mattresses, floor tiles, carpeting and various furniture fall within their purchasing responsibilities. Anything else?
