OK, first lesson: Read the label on cleaning products. This is one of the most frequent complaints we hear from manufacturers. So many mistakes could be avoided if cleaners simply read the label.

Second: Don't be afraid to ask for help from your fellow BSCs and cleaners before you make a mistake. Making mistakes is how you learn, but they can also be costly. Asking for help from colleagues is often free.
