Green Building Operations & Maintenance (GBOM) is for LEEDAP's,  Green Associates and others that are engaged in the LEED rating system for existing buidlings. This group is admisinsterd by Bruce Albright a practicing LEEDAP O+M and VP of Sustainability for PJS. Currently managing more that 4 million sq feet of LEED registered EBOM projects and a project administrator for a 1 milllion sq foot certifed EBOM office tower.
